Nelidovo is a town and the administrative center of Nelidovsky District in Tver Oblast, Russia, located in the Valdai Hills area on the Mezha River, 276 kilometers southwest of Tver, the administrative center of the oblast. Population: 22,896; 26,154; 30,044.
