The rooms have contemporary beach-house decor and stand-alone bathtubs. All have free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus DVD players, iPod docks, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Many have sea views. Family suites add bunk beds and minifridges. Dining options include a contemporary American restaurant, a beach burger joint, a rustic bar and an Italian eatery. There's also a gym, spa treatments (fee), an indoor infinity pool and an outdoor hot tub. Free parking is available.

Newquay is a town on the north coast of Cornwall, in southwest England. It’s known for sandy Fistral and Watergate Bay beaches, where waves from the Atlantic Ocean create strong surf. On the seafront, the Blue Reef Aquarium features an underwater tunnel going through a coral-reef tank with pufferfish, sharks and rays. Further inland, surrounded by tropical gardens, Newquay Zoo is home to lions, wildebeest and sloths.
