Interstate 87 is a 333.49-mile-long north–south Interstate Highway located wholly within the U.S. state of New York. It is most of the main highway between New York City and Montreal.
Lake George is a town in New York’s vast, protected Adirondack region of mountains and old-growth forest. The town sits on the lake of the same name. On the shore, the Fort William Henry Museum & Restoration is a restored British fort, built in 1755. Nearby, Million Dollar Beach has picnic areas and a boat launch.
