WELCOME to the Sea View Yacht Club. The Sea View Yacht Club was established in 1893. Sailing and other boating activities have taken place off our clubhouse ever since. With our 130-year history, over 1800 members and the best sea views of any sailing club on the island, the SVYC offers the potential for endless happy times both on and off the water. The Club is open all year round for social activities. In the the summer season, we offer sailing and other boating throughout the day - as we are unrestricted by the tides.
Seaview is a small Edwardian resort located on the north-eastern corner of the Isle of Wight, overlooking the Solent. The village is popular with tourists and is 2+1⁄3 miles from the town of Ryde, where most tourists reach the island by ferry or hovercraft.
