The Xàtiva webcam shows one of the most representative squares in its old town, the Plaza de La Seu, whose protagonist is the imposing Collegiate Church of the Assumption of Our Lady of La Seu. The impressive set of the Castle and its walls embraces the historic center of Xàtiva, declared a Historic-Artistic Site. Noble palaces and manor houses, with cool courtyards and orchards, stone fountains, churches and medieval convents star in the most cultural and historical part of the city.

Xàtiva is a town in eastern Spain, in the province of Valencia, on the right bank of the river Albaida and at the junction of the Valencia–Murcia and Valencia Albacete railways. It is located 25 km west of the Mediterranean Sea.

Capital city Madrid is home to the Royal Palace and Prado museum, housing works by European masters. Segovia has a medieval castle (the Alcázar) and an intact Roman aqueduct. Catalonia’s capital, Barcelona, is defined by Antoni Gaudí’s whimsical modernist landmarks like the Sagrada Família church.
